The educational hub consists of 3 different colleges with admin, buildings, and a hostel campus for 1500 students. The site is located exactly on the seashore of hind Mahanagar. The high humidity level was the key environmental issue to address.

The design is based on a sustainable architecture with minimum consumption of light and other natural resources.
