The residence has been designed as a large family house. From an Architects’ perspective, it is a typical semi-tropical house with more open spaces than closed ones with natural elements being part of the core design space distribution. Waterbody, Plants, and Air movement have been prioritized while designing the house. Space distribution has been done carefully to have privacy in a key area with a nature connection. Rammed earth and shaded device are sustainable tools used in the design.
