The client wanted a house with a difference. Clent’s age group will not allow him to dedicate some time to maintain the house. The need is to a feeling of closeness with each other even though if each of them is not close to. Design principles selected to cater to the requirements with the least invasion of anything else.
Communicative places have been created to have the feeling of closeness with each other. Due to semi-tropical weather care has been taken to maximize the cross ventilation with a settlement of dust outside the home. A shaded device has been created to have a cool effect on walls. Vastu (scientific) principles applicable to the region have been followed for the core distribution of spaces.
Sustainability
Site, Climate, Form & Massing: (Orientation, climate and form consideration)
The building grid has been oriented in such a way that it catches a minimum of direct sun to most of his building envelope.
Passive Design:
(passive techniques used for lower energy consumption or heat gain)
Punchers in the horizontal surfaces allow upward wind flow which cools the internal temperature compares to outside. The green coven in the landscape helps the breeze to cool down the internal temperature.
Wellbeing
Within the building, the heatwave reduction was the major points on which the design-oriented, louver system helping to fulfill those criteria
